The Pentagon Teams Up With Silicon Valley To Revolutionize The Battlefield

FOX News: US military teams up with Silicon Valley to revolutionize the battlefield

The U.S. military is partnering with Silicon Valley to step up its game on the battlefield.

The Defense Innovation Unit Experimental (DIUX), which is part of the Department of Defense, is connecting the U.S. military with companies developing leading-edge technology that would help it carry out missions quicker and cheaper.

"It's all about decision making faster than the enemy,” Lt. Gen. Jeffrey Harrigian told Fox News.

As the commander of the air war in Iraq, Syria, and Afghanistan, Harrigian knows that on today’s complex battlefields, winning often comes down to timing and efficiency.

“We can't do what we need to do every day without software that's the leading edge,” he said.

Great for the North Korean/China plan I mentioned a few days back. Makes silicon valley now the most likely target (as I said before) and partially legitimises it as target for a nuclear attack. Screw Hawaii, this -- Silicon Valley -- is where the money, the tech, the brains and nerve center of the US is. All the data is going through there. It is worth trillions and trillions to the US.

It's January. Within just a few months, nuclear rockets coming from north Korea will be able overwhelm the underwhelming missile shield of the US for sure, analysts largely agree.

Even if the US would strike back and turn the north Korean capital Pyongyang into a parking lot, it will end the United States' leadership in the world. Immediately and permanently. The loss to north Korea:hundreds of billions at most. The loss to the US over 50 years. Unthinkable. You cannot imagine the importance of not helplessly falling behind in technology in a race against China or Russia.

Think about it.

Are you absolutely sure, China, the biggest winner in this scenario, of which we know it is substantially helping north Korea, is not hoping for exactly this outcome and even making it more likely? Think about their actions. They even sold the banned rocket fuel to north Korea, despite international sanctions and condemnation.

China is potentially a few months away from absolute global domination if North Korea is not stopped. Or we might see WW3.

The likelihood that neither happens hinges on if you believe I'm wrong...

Perhaps Kim Jong-Un isn't after extreme Power. China would pay him a trillion dollars and could even guarantee his safety unless ww3 happens. And to avoid WW3, Pyongyang would be nuked by China. And Kim hides and gets his operation. Lives on a private island with 1trillion dollars...protected and surrounded by Chinese, who will then invade north Korea and annex it. Together with south Korea. Hail the new imperial China! :)

Would be a good movie.

But honestly. Watch out for what China does.
