Editor's Note

Spending time with family today. They are all leaving late tonight which means life will be returning to normal tomorrow .... and yes .... so will blogging after a hectic 2 weeks.

And us Americans are pilgrimaging en masse to the path of totality of our full solar eclipse. Right across the US midriff. It's happening Monday starting about 9:30 am on the west coast. Apparently the traffic jams have made the whole thing look like something out of an Apocalypse movie.
